great location but management sucks. not worth the price

Currently live here. DMG management is awful. Packages constantly being stolen. Location is amazing but for the price, not worth it. Rent somewhere else.

Don't do it. Issues pile up but never get fixed.

Lived here for two years and it's been rough.
When I asked the property manager last month (the new Daniel Management, not Kass) about the below problems and what their priorities were on fixing them, he said that they had "no priorities except for leasing". While the PM has now switched, the culture of not caring about fixing issues has not.
- People constantly coming in to steal packages and even the lobby TV this week, but the owners refuse to do anything about it. They canceled the package... service we had, ripped the laundry service compartment out of the walls, and then decided to not replace either of them, making the problem much worse.
- Our windows haven't been washed once since we moved in, and despite asking for a wash for 7 months, still nothing has been done.
- Weights have been stolen from the weight room for months, and even though they said they're replacing them, still waiting to see it actually happen.
- Elevators break down all the time, which makes sense because you can see in the elevator that they don't do the yearly maintenance check required by law.
- I got asked my parking spot 3 separate times as part of an audit to make sure that they didn't double sell parking spots - they still messed it up and the person who also had paid to park in our spot got their car towed even though they also communicated what they were paying for to management.
- Pool was broken all summer, wasn't usable and was gross to even be around, so the amenities aren't even worth it either.

All in all just don't rent here, more issues will come up and I doubt they'll fix these old issues by then.
