All of our fully furnished 11 units are located at 1520 - 1522 N. LaSalle, Chicago, IL. This is in the Old Town area of Chicago and approximately 2 miles directly north of the downtown central business loop district. Our units are a variety of... different sizes: studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. All of our units are newly renovated and include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, marble baths, and all furnishings found in a modern home. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen, including all dishes, pots/pans, cookware, silverware, glasses, coffee pot, etc.. All linens, towels, pillows, mattresses, TVs, sofas, chairs, artwork, lamps, tables, etc. are included. All units are non-smoking and pet free. The length of the leases can be written to the number of months that you desire. All utilities, including central heat/air, gas, electric, streaming internet Roku TV, wireless high speed internet, water, trash, sewer, and non-coin washers/dryers are all part of the rent. All heat/air is individually controlled by every tenant. On-site garage parking is limited, but available at the time the lease is signed for an additional cost of $200/mo. So, the only optional cost beyond the rent would be the parking, if needed. An outdoor garden/barbeque area is open to all tenants in warmer months.
