TERRIBLE laundry room

I would happily give this building a great review if it weren’t for the absolute TRASH laundry machines that wreck all my clothes. management will never get new ones.

Great building

Terrible management

Absolutely awful staff. Things are constantly broken and they blame you for it. They also have a terrible bug problem.

Great staff and vintage details

The management here really cares about their tenants. Repairs are completed quickly. And everyone -- from the maintenance team to the garage attendants -- are friendly and helpful. We love it here!

The vintage details make the apartment unique. While the updated kitchen and bath and new windows make it comfortable.

People stay in these apartments for decades. I can see why.

Great building, great staff

This is a great building in a great location. What I like most about living here is the staff who run the building. They are friendly, they take wonderful care of the building and they are always available to help you with whatever you need. I have lived in this apartment for two years now and have really enjoyed living here.
