Disappointed
On the morning of March 10th, the gate was broken, and I ended up stuck in the garage long enough to be late for work. It’s frustrating because reliable access to the garage is something we pay for, and it’s one of the basic conveniences we expect to work without constant interruption.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the conversation I had with management afterward. When I asked about compensation for the transportation service I had to take for work, I was told that they... “weren’t at fault,” so nothing could be offered.
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want the amenities I’m paying for to function consistently
