Chatham Apartment

When I first moved in the apartment 13 years ago the environment was very quiet and well kept. Things have changed over the years and it has become a bit urbanized. The landlord is not consistent with keeping the property up, we are paying an arm and a leg to live in an under managed property, he takes his time with fixing things in the place, and he is overcharging for the water bill. I woudnt recommend living here unless you're close to being homeless.
