Poorly built building

My unit was unlivable for three months due to a pipe burst, while the building was great at providing me with rent credit the rest of my experience has been poor. In the last few months the hot water has gone out more than once, the key fobs have stopped working, appliances take over a week to fix, the trash room key fob does not work, and they only gave me a 4 day notice to extend my lease.

Too Many Problems

This was me and my sisters first apartment, but these apartments are just old an falling apart. We are paying "renovated" prices with low quality upgrades. I have had several problems an the staff has made their best effort in fixing them but really it's beyond their control. I wanted to live here until I could purchase a home but it looks like we will be moving to a new complex first chance we can because it's too many problems to even list. The staff is nice but nice does not quantify my... quality of living. My new rule of thumb is if at least one staff member doesn't live on site it's probably not a good place to rent. Think about it…*
