Everyone is so kind here, both the staff and residents alike. I appreciate the communication regarding activities and if there's an issue with the building, like a elevator that's not working. I really enjoy living here!

Atwater Apartments is an exceptional place to live. In addition to the luxury environment, some of the best things about living here are the personal touches, including a schedule of surprise resident events every month, a featured pet of the month, and a professional, creative flower arrangement on the front desk every week. One of my favorite things about living here is the view over the lake from my 20 floor floor-to-ceiling windows. The employees and the other residents are very kind.
