Miserable building with TERRIBLE management

Have lived here for a year, and I regret every second of it. Do not be lured by the low rent prices; you get what you pay for, as this place is a dump.

- This place is a disgusting ROACH MOTEL.

- The building's ceilings and floors are paper thin, and so you will hear every step that your upstairs neighbor takes. We had the unfortunate situation to live beneath someone who walks around ALL day long beginning at 6am, and so could never sleep soundly.

- Our downstairs neighbor was a...
passive-aggressive TERROR, and management REFUSED to address any issue that he caused. Any time that he felt that too much sound was made (i.e., normal walking around at reasonable hours, visiting with my wife's nephews who are 3 and 4, accidentally dropping something on the floor), he would slam the ceiling with a broom and harass us. Finally, I had enough and went downstairs to knock on his door to resolve any issues. He refused to come out and yelled at me through his closed door. He then took it up a notch and began banging his ceiling during the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to wake us up. When I called management (Victor specifically) about it, was told that he was "harmless", and they never once offered any conflict resolution beyond "asking him to stop." He never did. I never felt safe given how he beat the hell out of his ceiling. Videos proof of the banging are attached.

- Has no online portal for paying rent, managing maintenance requests, or communicating with residents. It's 2021 (as I write this review), and yet Crescent Drive Apartments does not have a portal to pay rent. make requests, or inform residents of water shutoffs or pest spraying. If you have a maintenance, you have to hunt down the building's maintenance man (the ONLY bright spot about this cheerless and pitiful building) if you have any hopes of having an issue resolved. If they are going to perform building-wide maintenance, there is NO communication beyond a piece of paper taped to the front door of the building itself. This is unprofessional, inefficient, and inconvenient for any resident who lives in the twenty-first century.

In summation — Do yourself a favor (and have some self-respect) and SKIP this place. We ALL deserve better than Crescent Drive...
