Don't move in this building. Everybody sit in they apartment and wait for you to leave yours and then steal out your apartment. These janitors is discussing and they are thieves. They are mice infested and the water bugs are something out of sifi. The security try to act like they doing they job but only do it when that office is open but when it's close they let evey body that they cool with in. They let this guy up to my apartment like they was paying my rent. When you call the people who own... this building they forward your complaint to the office then they target you the people who work there and the people they friends with. These people come in your apartment and destroy the apartment, your clothes whatever they want to do and do it as if to say now what are you going to do. They raise my rent twice in two months didn’t even See a Chickster I don’t know how they do business but I know that’s not right calling up to my job to see how much I’m making very unprofessional there

I hate Cyril CT apartment There are mice and roaches one maintenance guy almost got cussed out the my door is always stuck the light bulb blew out in my closet management told me I have to buy more light bulbs and then call to fix it when paying Rent they don't write a receipt to prove that rent got stuck on the elevator twice!! Horribly wrong

I personally would not recommend this apartment building. The management is poor. There are three elevators in the building. There have been times where all three elevators have stopped working or just one out of two. The overall upkeep of the apartment building is horrible. They have roaches and mice. They maintenance crew also steals things out of people's apartments. Price wise, if you're low-income this works as a "stepping stone" apartment to hold you until you find something better, but... without Section 8 or low-income, the units are over priced. I would stay away, as I am trying to move now, because it is simply uninhabitable to me. Read More
