About Dayton Court Apartments

This courtyard building is known as Dayton Court Apartments. This vintage building offers studios, one bedrooms, and two bedroom apartments. The units are competitively priced in a highly desirable area. Some of the units offer a private balcony that... overlooks the courtyard. Laundry is located on site for added convenience. Heat is included in the monthly rent for all apartments. Gas is also included in the rent. Electric is separately metered for each unit. Tenants may keep cats, but not dogs. The old saying "Location, Location, Location" definitely applies to the Dayton Court Apartments. The Belmont EL Station on the CTA's Red Line is an eight minute walk away. The Wellington EL station on the CTA's Brown Line is a short four minute walk away. The Halsted Bus, Clark Bus, Belmont Bus, Broadway Bus, and Diversey Bus are all steps away. There are numerous Divvy stations nearby. Chase Bank, Bank of America, Walgreens, Petco, Binny's Beverage Depot, Peet's Coffee and Tea, Ulta, FedEx Kinkos, Sports Authority, Marshalls, Michael's, Discount Shoe Warehouse, The Briar St. Theatre, etc. are all located immediately outside our front gate. You can't beat this location! Living in the heart of Lakeview will provide you with the opportunity to take full advantage of all that the Lakeview neighborhood has to offer, and at a decent price.

Not the worst for the money

Our apartment is one of the cheaper apartments in the area. Very close to both the Brown and Red lines, and there's the Halsted and Clark bus stops a short walk away. Plenty of shopping and dining areas are within walking distance, and the woes of buying groceries will soon be gone as a Mariano's is currently being built a few blocks away. The beach, zoo, and lakefront paths are all within walking distance. All utilities are included except electric, the building are gated, and there is bike... parking within the gated courtyard. There is also a small laundry facility in the bottom of one of the buildings. The apartment itself isn't that bad, and the maintenance responds fast. The only issues I've really faced are the tiles in our kitchen are coming up on the corners and we have yet to had this fixed. Also, the painting job is really awful. But again, for how pricey this area is, our first apartment was a steal. I would recommend it for those wanting to live in a nice area at a semi-reasonable price.

Dayton Court Apartments

This is a pretty great place to live for college students. The apartments are close to tons of nightlife in Boystown, and tons of restaurants. The building itself isn't glamorous, but they're great for the rent, between location and room size. And you won't want for natural light. Also the cute little courtyard that these apartments are named after is always well kept and a nice thing to come home to.
