It's really just okay. Communication isn't great. A bit overpriced but not horrible. The area is okay. The parking fee is atrociously priced.

Love the location, amenities and staff!
I've been here for over a year and love it here.

Even when I had a few issues with the unit, maintenance was swift and ensured to keep my updated. Which is appreciated.

The front desk staff is always so welcoming and kind.

Great apartment. The management is awesome, the maintenance requests get done quickly and well, the units are spacious and modern and the views of the Chicago rover and river north/downtown city are great.

Enjoying life in env is amazing: nice ammenities and very welcoming staff. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. I love that env is pet friendly and it makes me happy when I met pet in the elevator.
