I really love so many things about this apartment it honestly saddens me I can’t give it 5 stars, but there are a few strong drawbacks I can’t ignore. First off, they don’t let you know this before signing your lease but the building is a 2 pipe system, meaning it can only support either AC or heat at a time. When the temperatures are in limbo (around 60 degrees) they leave it on heat, which causes us to suffocate in the building. They switch to heat way too early in the fall and back to AC way... too late in the spring/summer. Please take that into consideration because you will spend at least 2 months of the year in extremely uncomfortable heat in your apartment with no ability to support a window AC unit either. Additionally, there is always construction happening on the building and the building is not sound proofed at all so you can hear everything that happens outside very loudly. For the past couple months we’ve been disturbed by very loud construction noise at 8 in the morning.

I just moved in and I am very happy with my home, so far, minus the air/heat situation. I don't like that I don't have control over the temperature. When it is warm outside and the heat is on, I find it very difficult to sleep and get comfortable. I guess I will be buying fans.

The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, always handling any issues quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and professional, making the whole experience feel welcoming and hassle-free.
