Free (unmetered) parking is available in designated areas along Fulton Market St. or a monthly paid lot is available directly across the street. Other parking options are available in the area through services such as SpotHero, ParqEx, and SP+.

Cats are welcome with $25/cat/mo pet rent - no other pet fees apply.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, wifi, and cable. Owner provides water, sewer, trash, recycling and some exterior maintenance.

Non-refundable $75/adult to apply will be credited towards the move-in fee if submitted within 1 day of your tour.

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. The 1x non-refundable moving fee is $750 for the 1st adult + $250/additional adult.

All adults and co-signers must apply *separately* and all occupants will be named on the lease.

Total combined annual household salary must meet or exceed 3x monthly rent in verifiable income, in this case, total household income must meet or exceed $147,600/year.

Ideal credit score desired by property owner is above 650, but all credit and financial factors are considered in whole, not just a credit score. Heavily weighted considerations include: open/past due collections on essential accounts like auto, gas/electricity, insurance, phone service provider etc. We do not accept applications with evictions or unpaid past-due rent.
