I really enjoy this property. I have been renting from Reside since I moved to the city three years ago. I started out at Reside on Clarendon, and the moved to Reside on Irving Park just for the space. The price is well worth what you get, and they have a lot of resident perks. The management office can be a little disjointed, but they are still miles ahead of most other leasing companies I have dealt with. Maintenance is golden though! They are very quick to respond, and do a great job at... fixing everything.

The building itself is nice, and well cared for. A lot of the units have been, or are being renovated, and it shows that the company invests a lot into their property. Overall this building is great, and the company is awesome!

Lovely apartment for a decent price

Large one bedroom apartment. My apartment had a cute fireplace, large walk-in closet, nice bedroom (fit queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and computer hitch but little walking space. Just have to set it up right), large kitchen with lots storage space and good counter space, and nice bathroom. Pros: large living area, $1335 a month including heat and water (2015 may change) Cons: floors are squeaky and not leveled, heater in bathroom is awkward, price could be better, moving was difficult as doors... are small but you can make it work, no central heat and air, small bedroom, my apartment bedroom window was towards the alley and it was often loud and let in too much light *avoid the apartments beside the alleyway.

Overall if your budget allows for $1300 and you want to be near the red line, lake, and lakeview area this is a great option.
