I have had issues with roaches multiple times, maintenance not responding to concerns, toilet non-stop running, and I have not had A/C for almost a week and I still have no idea of a timeline of when it will be fixed. Additionally, I am being charged for not giving a 60 days notice on time, I wasn't are of this policy and the emails about it was sent to my spam. I find this unfair, especially after all of these issues and more. I have also had issues with my water going off multiple times, where... I had to go the my friends places to shower, I've had my electricity go out, and we also had a fire in this apartment caused by a meth kitchen.
