How Is This Rating Determined?

Terrible Property Manager

-There's no maintenance man (lied and said they'd hire someone, never did.)
-Rats and Cockroaches even though we are all clean and hygenic
-Takes more than 3-5 months to fix any maintenance issue
-negligence by the property manager (lazy, incompetent and just overall terrible person)
-dangerous living conditions with snow and ice.
Please don't waste your money living in an apartment where even neighbors tell you how aweful it is. Also if the property doesn't want to do his job so badly maybe... he should quit and find a different job.
