Shoreham and Tides Apartments

It’s always been a dream of mine to live downtown since I was a kid. From the views, our food all the different cultures, it’s just everything about Chicago that makes it special and home for me. But living at the shoreham has been the icing on the cake, you honestly can’t beat the location, the staff and the mgmt team. It’s been truly a dream come true and I couldn’t be happy ( unless I hit the lottery)
Keep up the good work and thanks for making this place feel like home. ??

I’ve lived in other apartment buildings and i used to be a builder and i can tend to be picky when it comes to builds and maintenance but i can say ive noticed that the shoreham doesnt take your money and run with it, they reinvest it back into the building like they should and the workers and keeping up with hvac and filters is not something you dont see very often these days. Very very impressed.

I have lived here for 2 months so far and have had a great experience at Shoreham. The concierge is super friendly, the management office is very helpful, and maintainence has been fantastic.

I’ve lived in this area for 3 years and have a son that is a toddler. Shoreham is the perfect building for us and the unit we live in is ideal for raising a child in Chicago. The park, amenities, shopping, and community are all very nice. The management at Shoreham is first class. It’s been an enjoyable experience living here.

The Shoreham has it all - amazing location, pet-friendly building, local school and daycare options, grocery stores and restaurants within a few steps, wonderful staff, responsive management, well-maintained property, beautiful views, great apartment layouts, good amenities, all kept clean and secure. I love living at the Shoreham!
