Love the building and the people we have met. The process of signing out lease was a bit more drawn out than expected, but the management team was always accomodating along the way. Excited to settle into the building more!

I’ve lived here for a few weeks now and love it! The staff and people who live here are very nice. The area in which we are located is also fantastic - bars, restaurants, shops all within a close walking distance.

The dog run is by far the best part of living here—always a safe and clean area. The pool is fantastic too and the location unmatched. Maintenance is friendly, helpful, and dog friendly (making it easy to feel comfortable with them entering your place for repairs while you’re away at work and your “guard dog” is at home).

The Madison is a wonderful community in the heart of the West Loop. The building is incredibly well maintained and the staff working throughout are fantastic people. There is a very big push for community in the building, mostly through monthly events like Yappy Hour for the dogs, Happy Hour for the adults, and grab-and-go snacks in the mornings / afternoons tied to certain holidays. Even though these are small things, they make a world of a difference when choosing a place to live.
For those... with dogs, this is the place you want to raise your furry friend — there is a clean and well-groomed dog run in the courtyard that is a great place to take your pups for a quick bathroom break or to let out energy after the work day. The building also has grills and a fantastic rooftop pool and spa.
I highly recommend The Madison!
