We love going to the movie theater and restaurants in 5 minutes. Marianos is across an indoor parking lot. Convenience!

New City Residence offers amazing quality and a full service. It is absolutely worth considering if you work in town or in the Lincoln Park neighborhood!

Too many issues with noisy neighbors and management inaction to enjoy anymore. Was a nice place at first but has gone drastically downhill since covid.

I have been living here for several years and think it's the best apartment building in Chicago. Very convenient with easy access to Mariano, pharmacies and other necessities, which is especially important during this pandemic time.
