Obstructed views, cheap remodel & amenities, crime, annual rent hikes

The only units with views are the "penthouses" they rent out for 3-4x a regular montage. Parking is an additional 250/mo. Expect annual 4% rent hikes - no negotiating.

Their "award winning remodel" won the award for getting the most done with the least amount of money - and it's showing its wear. They tout that they're in west loop, but they're in Fulton river district and you'll have to walk across the 8-lane highway to get to west loop.

The condo units face each other, the lower level units...
have no views, expect to hear the metra go by according to schedule daily. The higher level units used to be great but there's so much construction you don't see anything but the residential units looking into your apartment now.

For a "luxury" apartment building, the road it's on is decrepit. Located next to an unmaintained underpass and behind a restaurant. People recently had their cars stolen from the garage.

Trio Apartment

This is a great building, centrally located in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. Walking distance to Union station and CTA bus and train spots makes it easy to get around the city and to other destinations outside of the state. The building itself is very well maintained and you're always greeted by a friendly face. Walking distance from Chicago's famous Randolph St restaurant district, Jewel Osco, Whole Foods and the French Market, this location is hard to beat!
