It is well maintained and beautiful. The staff are very kind. The gym is an awesome amenity. Definitely, one of the best possible apartments in the area.

People are very nice around here. Package/mail system is convenient, and the doormen are friendly and understanding. Amenities are amazing and clean too

The AC was not working on move in. Kitchen cabinets needed to be cleaned. Maybe I was expecting too much since it is the city. The correct account information is still not accurate.

The apartment itself was in pretty good condition at move in. Besides some small maintenance issues, it felt like a decent new home. There were, however, many issues with the leasing office. Poor communication amongst the staff translated into even worse miscommunication with us, the residents. Sad to say I'm already looking for a new place to stay for next year.
