Great place to live! On-site management deals with any issues right away. The location cannot be beat. The bus stop is right outside and you can get to anywhere in the city easily. The noise level is really good and quiet which is exceptional given there's 220 units in this building. The maintenance team here and the head engineer of maintenance is phenomenal.

I have lived here just over 20 years and have been very satisfied with everything concerning the building and staff. The Edgewater area is an outstanding place to
live with a supermarket right across the street and CTA bus and rail very near. If you're retired like I am this all makes for an easier life.
