The location of Parc is fantastic. I love having my own bedroom and bathroom. Along with plenty of shared space that my roommates and I use often! Everything looks so nice after the renovation and I am grateful for our nice appliances.

Great place to live!

Originally I didn’t want to move into an off campus apartment but then I looked at Parc at 720. The complex is beautiful and the staff is wonderful and kind. I have had a couple of maintenance issues (because of the way the apartments were previously built) but the staff makes sure to keep me informed of the steps they are taking and what is happening. Overall if anyone was to ask if I recommend this apartment complex I would say yes 100%.

GREAT SERVICE!

Thankful; very responsive and great service. I renewed my lease due to the changes to took place. I appreciate the new team. They take the time to listen. Not like the last team.
