A Great place to live

I have lived at AMLI for six years and have been very happy with everything about this place. The best maintenance staff imaginable, especially Fernando. He knows everything about the building's mechanics, appliances, and everything else needed to keep this place running like clockwork. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly and expertly in a very friendly manner.The management staff is very approachable and pleasant and always willing to address any concerns. The community is... friendly, the amenities are great, the location is near the lake, transportation, good restaurants, and all types of services. I wouldn't consider living anywhere else in the area.

Staff worked with us in renting an apartment prior to our leaving our former residence in Texas. While we waited for our furniture to arrive (late due to the storm in Texas in February), staff worked with us to manage our use of the apartment, adjusting our lease to include a storage option. Maintenance staff have quickly and consistently attended to the few problems we have noted.
We enjoy the diversity of the tenants on our floor.
