Great first apartment.

The building is in a quiet area, sandwiched between a school/park and a church. There is off-street parking including in the rent charges, which is very convenient.

The apartment itself has a reasonably sized living room, with space for a full-size couch and love seat with plenty of room to spread out as well.

The bedroom comfortably fits a queen size bedroom set and the two closets provide plenty of clothing storage.

The bathroom is a little small and outdated, but everything works...
properly and is clean.

The same situation with the kitchen. What the kitchen lacks in prep-space and counter top area is made up in the attached dining area/entry way. Plenty of room to add additional storage and prep area and still have a 4 seat table set. The balcony is small, but it allows for an outside seating area to read a book or enjoy the fresh air.

The rent is affordable and you get a good value for what you are paying.
