About Residence at Mill Creek Apartments

The Residence at Mill Creek offers “drama free” living in a relaxed setting with numerous community benefits. Because we are a smaller community of only 48 apartments, there is less noise, less move-in/move-out traffic and neighbors that know each... other and offer a sense of community. The property manager has been with the company 15 years; she and our maintenance staff are readily available and always on hand to take care of any issue quickly and completely. Pools and playgrounds are great amenities, but they come at a cost – what our residents enjoy most is the peace and quiet you find living inside a community with 45% open space and over 15 miles of walking and bike trails on site. Our residents feel their apartment is truly their home and feel safe and well taken care of in a community like ours. Each of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments come with in-unit laundry rooms, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, and spacious individual balconies which overlook acres of preserved wetlands and parks. Residents enjoy our beautiful courtyard with bbq grills, trellis, fire pit, picnic area, and a lush green lawn area – great for gatherings and enjoying time with neighbors, friends and family. Nestled in the center of the award-winning Mill Creek community, you can live your life to its fullest at The Residence at Mill Creek.

Convenient, Peaceful, and High Quality

I moved in about two months ago, and it was the best decision I've ever made!

The neighborhood is so peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are great. I have felt so lucky to have a heated garage, a convenience store within walking distance, and trails and paths for my dog. The apartment itself is well built with nice upgrades and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. It's super close to so many stores, restaurants, and the train station while still feeling like... you are in a quiet neighborhood. Truly the best of both worlds. I can't say enough good things about it!

Quiet Friendly Living

I am really enjoying my quiet comfortable apartment at Residence at Mill Creek. The heated, well-lit garage is greatly appreciated during the brutal winter weather, and the daily garbage disposal option is a great convenience. I also love that management is conveniently located 5 minutes away, and my neighbors are super friendly.

10 years of stressless living

The Residence has been our home for 10 years and we can’t be happier! Our needs are met and it is truly a luxury to have heated garages, elevators and great security. Floor plans are so livable and feel roomy.

Stress Free living!!

I am celebrating 4 years here at the Residence. I moved here after years of renting from private landlords when it could take days and weeks to get maintenance taken care of. and sometimes it wasn't actually ever taken care of.
What a difference having Monica and her maintenance team looking out for me! I have never had any major issues but even something as simple as helping change the large light fixture in the kitchen's bulb, has been taken care of quickly.
Then there is how dog friendly... the community is...My pup loves it here and we have so many trails to explore right outside our door.
4 years has flown by and I have so many neighbors that have been here so much longer, I feel that speaks volumes for the community this is my HOME not "just a rental"
