The dirtiest place I have ever lived. Elevators always broke, Mold infested, paper thin walls, Very rude prop mgr's - revolving door,big package theft issue, golf balls hitting cars randomly, bed bugs, mouse poop in laundry room, Does not plow well in winter, like to go in unit for random annual inspections, screens missing in laundry room-window open allowing critters,bias against pets and literally make you pay through the nose, the will evict if they decide they do not like your pet(Check... lease). They do an average system with utilities which is down played, again you will PAY. SO much more so little room.

The move in process was very easy. The leasing agents in the office are very quick to respond and are always helpful. It feels like they actually want you to enjoy your apartment and the community. Maintenance has been nice, quick, and informative.

I've probably said this a thousand times but this is hands down, the best maintenance team I've ever dealt with as a renter. They're so on top of things and the leasing office staff is amazing as well. The property is always well maintained, clean, and peaceful. Love to call this place home. ??
