Make sure you get the contact information for the Village!

Versailles does not shovel the snow. Versailles will turn your water off without advanced notice. The AC does NOT work in several units. The heat doesn't work in others. Management DOES NOT respond in a timely manner. However, they will PRETEND like they have handled issues. Rent at YOUR OWN RISK! Make sure you have the village information on speed dial because YOU WILL need it. Good luck!

Versailles

My apartment was clean upon moving in, fresh paint & new carpet. Parking lot is always kept clean. Maintenance does a great job when needed to fix something.

Strongly dislike

I have been here for less than a year and they send out maintenance people who don’t know what their doing at all.. they only put a bandaid over any problems in the apartment. My air conditioner has went out twice in the last week and the maintenance people told me to put my fan on. I would never recommend this place! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Dissatisfied

If you want to deal with construction and noise DAILY then move here. The weekends you’re waken up with more noise by lawnmowers and leaf blowers early in the morning for 2 to 3 hours. Management doesn’t care about complaints at all. Management never fixes anything until tenants move out of the apartment. People giving 4 and 5 stars are flat out lying?? Or it’s probably management leaving good reviews. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT??
