Management never takes accountability for anything. Only benefit of living here is the repair team especially Jeremy who is very thorough and hard working, we’re lucky to have him working here.

I can’t say much about management here nothing ever gets resolved, it’s always passed on to other employees and disregarded!! I will say the only good thing about this place is their maintenance team especially Jermey! He is one of the hardest working guys besides Roger and Noel they are hard works too. Jermey is an asset to this company and he gets the job done! Thank you so much for always taking care of our issues! We appreciate you and your hard work keep up the great work!

I just moved in and I made a great choice. Ayah D was so sweet and made me feel calm during the moving process! Roger, Jeremy, and Noel helped me when I really needed it as well. This is a great place to live.

Was an amazing place to live under the original management when I moved there 5 years ago. Now it’s impossible to find parking and the new management is really difficult to deal with. I would search around at other options. If you decide to live here, be prepared for unreasonable move-out charges. I couldn’t have left the apartment in a more perfect condition, but they still nitpicked every little detail and charged me. Make sure to leave it like a brand new place when you move out. I paid it... bc they threatened to send me to collections just when I was politely challenging the charges. I don’t need my credit ruined, but it made me really sad that I was treated that way. Search around before you move here. There’s better options now. Good luck to you!!
