Pretty Good

I've been living in this apartment complex for a couple of years and it's pretty good. Its pretty quiet, there's an elevator, and on site storage. The pool is always too cold to use however, even on the hottest of days. Also recently the fire alarm has been going off a lot unnecessarily and maintenance has had to come into our apartments a lot. The latter is for good reason though, as they've been making improvements, such as new windows.

Love it!

I have been living here since September 2013. This is my first apartment out of college. I live on my own and what I love about Acacia is that it is Safe, Quiet, Friendly, Affordable. No where else will you find an apartment home that includes heat and water with the added value of quality and safety for the prices Acacia offers. There is also an extra room for storage if you so choose to use it. The average age in the building is of an older community, however I have seen some young… professionals and families as well. It is very quiet and I have never had a noise disturbance. There is a secure entrance and camera. You can pay extra for a carport, but spaces are limited and I am still on a waiting list. The only negative thing I have to say is they do not allow pets - not even cats! Also, during a few of our huge snow storms, the parking lots were not plowed until the morning. Two of my neighbors had to push my car out into the street. I have been researching for new apartments that are pet friendly, but I cannot find safety, affordability or quality. Acacia is a great find!
