Not worth it

Lived here for three years. Property keeps being sold to someone else every year (on our third company since I’ve been here) and it keeps getting worse. Current PM seems like she has no care for the residents or the property at all. We’re notified of fire alarm testing an hour prior to it happening. Parking is never enforced which has become a problem during the summer with all the events downtown and vault 232 opening up. The units themselves seem like they were slapped together really quick... and a lot of corners were cut. Nothing about this place is “luxury”. No elevator/garage/storage/pool/gym. You can barely get a parking spot and there’s not even an office for the pm on site. Go elsewhere.

Building & Apartments are nice but don’t be fooled by the friendly management facade

I’ve been a tenant here for the past year and this building has its ups and down. Ups being proximity to the lake, large apartment & well interior design. However, in my experience the friendly facade of management doesn’t necessarily match their attention to property maintenance and the welfare of its tenants. I’ve notified of pet poo in the stairwell that hadn’t been seen for a couple of weeks, the spiders during the summertime infest the entries to the point you have to duck under the webs... to get out. My fridge has been broken for over a month but I’m sure that’s due to parts delay but management never relays what’s going on too you so you’re left in the dark. You’re never made aware if your maintenance requests have been received or completed. Most recently I’ve requested what will be the third time in a month for someone to come and spray because of ants in the apartment. Tons of them that have left my bathroom unusable and I’m on the second floor. I wish the buildings perks matched up with the maintenance and timeliness of management. Unfortunately given my experience, I would not recommend.
