I have lived here only 7 months and will not be renewing my lease. I'm actually trying to break my lease due to the condition of this hell hole. The mice issue is so bad the mice run free in the stairwell which is they way everyone has to use to get the the first floor because the elevator hasn't worked since July of 2023. The management does not care the building condition is horrible the appliances are very very outdated. This place really need to shut down. The amenities they show online is... all false. There is no pool any longer. No fitness room. Only one washing machine works out of 8 in the entire building. They have refused to have them repaired. This place is terrible. Read More

IF I CAN GIVE THEM A 0 stars I would.! Hey you guys to any one who's looking for some where to stay DO NOT STAY HERE ! I am on month 3 of me being a new resident here and have been having problems since day 3. First I had a stove with only the oven working and one burner working 2nd I have a toilet that works when it wants(imagine a sewer coming on randomly). The heat works when it wants I mean I can go on and on about the problems I am encountering. It's so sad cause when I came to view the... apartment and I took a look at everything and went to see if everything work it seemed fine until I actually moved in and this has been a nightmare. If you have a toddler like me please don't put your self through the headache and pain of moving here because your heat will not work how it is supposed to. I have came to the point where communicating with the leasing office has gotten me no where so now I have to take matters up a notch literally. Nobody wants to go through problem after problem after problem and this apartment complex will take you through that.to keep having to pay went some where and nothing works is outrageous I mean mind blowing! I only keep looking at things like I'm blessed to have a roof over my head but man I can have a roof over my head any where but here where the heat and stove and everything else actually works. The management is a joke all they care about is renting you in the apartments. Building is dirty, so they don't care about you and/or COVID. They have a joke of a 2-3 person maintenance crew. They enter your apartment without your permission. They take months to complete work orders. The elevators are down in each building at least twice a month and it takes weeks for them to fix. The washer and dryers needs to be fixed at least twice a week. They have no security. The cameras do not work. ... People come over and come violate your cars. Not a safe place for the elderly, disable or single woman and her kids. Actually not safe for anybody, because they do not care. All they care about is your rent being paid. Read More

Very friendly and efficient staff at helping me in my process of relocating. I had a few bumps and pop-ups but rest assured that my leasing agent did in fact straightened everything out.

there is no service at all form maintenance and manager doesn’t care about anything , do not wasting your money for this apartment, in our building everyone have a problem but they keep trying to contact with office but no one help at all.
