Bad experience
I couldn't even get an option to live here even if I wanted to. I was looking to rent here and they canceled my appointment. They said the apartment was taken and it wasn't even the apartment I was interested in. They told me that if I wanted the apartment that is for a later date I would have to apply without seeing the apartment otherwise I would have little to no chance of getting an apartment there. Then I asked if the floor plan at least looks updated and nice like the picture and they said... that none of their apartments look like the floor plans and they are all outdated. I am glad I asked because the Floorplan shows updated appliances and I would have had a a huge surprise when I moved in to a shabby old apartment that I was given no chance to look at. I wasn't even offered a meeting to see what available options there may be when it is April and I am looking for a place in June. What kind of place won't meet with potential customers. What a joke.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our team. We appreciate your feedback for our review to improve prospective residents' experience with our property.
I looked into your concerns and found that the apartment you were scheduled to... tour was rented, so the showing was canceled. It was out of consideration for your time as we did not want you to arrive at the office only to learn the apartment was no longer available and we do not have models to show. Our property is fully occupied, and we do tend to prelease apartments. We rarely have a vacant apartment available for showings, but when we do, we schedule tours until the apartment is no longer available for rent.
The floorplans on our website intend to give an idea of what the layout of the apartments is, not what the apartment looks like. Each apartment may vary with finishings, carpet color, countertops, or vanity. The photos on our website are the best way to determine what you may expect from a classic-style or renovated apartment. The layout you requested, the summit, is not currently available for showings as the one currently listed is occupied, but it is also a classic unit. Select apartments are renovated, and we are upfront about the style of the apartment when anyone inquires.
We welcome anyone to stop by the office during our business hours to discuss their questions, review what our listings are available, and guide anyone through the leasing process. Appointments are not necessary. For June availability, we may not know all the upcoming apartments for that timeframe in April as we require a 60-day written notice.
We apologize for any miscommunication, and again thank you for your feedback.
