Be mindful
Lived here 2 years it was ok. You will hear your neighbors walls are thin and I can say that maintance was on point. Be mindful that the $500 admin fee is non refundable.

Nice Place for Rent
Honestly, when I first moved in the prior property management was not great. Since then they have changed hands and everything is so much more smoother. Parking, maintenance repair, pest control, and overall professionalism from office staff. I would recommend renting from Amberley Courts!

Great Place
The new management team is great and I want to recommend the professionalism of the office staff in the way they handle all questions and the way the conducted the tour of the facility.
I was looking for a 2 bedroom and found what I needed in space and amenities and that the rental rate was good for the size of the unit, as compared to other apartments that I looked at in the area
I would not hesitate to recommend Amberley Cts to anyone who is looking for an updated and clean apartment!

I Love My Apartment
I have lived at Amberley Courts for about two years now and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is great. The maintenance guys are fantastic. They fix things when I ask them to. My apartment is a good size for the price, and the location is perfect being right by Rt. 57. If you're looking for this price and location, you can't beat it.

Horrible
Dont move here theres mice, the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors whole conversation there is no parking in the parking lot andThey have a mice problem that they cant not nor will not get rid of I can not wait until my lease is up and they over charge here.
