My apartment is nice and spacious and has a beautiful view of Oak Park. Since it is on the corner of the building, the view is great which is bright and cheerful, especially on a sunny day. When I moved into the apartment, it looked as if it had never been lived in previously as it was sparkling clean. All I needed to do was move in as there was little to no cleaning needed. An issue I have is that it takes 5-8 minutes for the water to get hot. When I say hot that means just a little warmer... than lukewarm. It's a shame to waste water just to take a nice hot shower, or wash your hands on a cold winter's day. Location in Oak Park is convenient to nearly all types of shopping, restaurant, etc., experiences.
