A little quirky
I live in a building for people 55 and over. Most folks are polite, women gossip and complain, elevators are could work better, more than enough communication. Parking is scarce, but after 2 years I got my own space for my car. There's a lovely park outside my living room window. I live high enough to see most of the city; I can walk to almost any store, movie theater, library, etc. There are a few huge mansions to tour, one in the park. Oh, the rent is cheap...the best part.
