Horrible

This place is not a place to live for the price they set. They claim luxury when actually this is the textbook version of lipstick on a pig. Home amenities break down often and you barely hear a response to get it repaired. Also, there is a reason exterminators visits this location regularly. Steer clear.

Terrible management and lacks promised amenities

Don't believe everything the listing states! Many of the amenities are not currently present and some units are not updated! The management company was abysmal and never responded to urgent manners timely. I would suggest looking elsewhere for the price. Management promised to have amenities up a year ago and still have yet to see any of their promises filled. I will not be renewing again I made the mistake once and regretted it ever since. Window AC unites are extremely inefficient and costly... in the summertime and the elevators are in very poor condition. Also mice and roaches seem to be an issue as well even though they get the building sprayed regularly. Consider other options in oak park before choosing this poor excuse of a management company and apartment building. Steer clear!

Small but at Home

I have lived in my condo for 8 years with parking included. Perfect for a couple with a small child. I live in the downtown area of my community. I have the best landlord ever he tells me all the time you can never move we have never had a tenant like you and your son before. Our community is near tons of restaurants, movie theatre, spa salons, library, great schools, parks, Frank Lloyd Wright homes to visit. Walking distant for trains, and the bus. Hop on the train to Chicago be there in 20... minutes. I love being walking distant of all these assessments.
