A non-refundable move-in report fee of $150.00 is required at the time of move-in. A valid renters insurance policy is also required prior to occupancy. All application fees are non-refundable once submitted. There is no charge for credit screening reports run by our office. Our application fee covers staff labor cost to process and score your application. Hence, our policy is that once an application is paid for and submitted to our office to start processing, the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
