Not safe

They have skeleton keys laying all around the building. Someone died from covid here. Rats and mice. Water leaking through the roof being caught by buckets in the hall. Balconies that are deteriorating. Management that loves to point the finger but will never own up to their major health and safety hazards.

Rats. Horrible management

For about 75% of my time here, there were rat infestation. I mean, these little things were just skittering across the kitchen floor and the living room like they owned the place. When I told the management, they went into full denial mode. Turns out other residents have been complaining about it for years. When the word finally got out, they got an exterminator to inspect and claimed that the exterminator couldn't find anything. Literally the next day, I found 2 rats bleeding to death... (presumably from rat poison) on my bed. :(

This went on and on, until about a month before I left when the management sent out a letter saying "Yes, we have rats. It's nobody's fault, but some residents can stand to make things a bit clear in their unit". Incredible.

So, unless you like disease carrying (admittedly somewhat cute) rodents as your permanent roommates, stay away.

Oh, also, it literally took them 5 months and 23 days to mail my deposit check after I moved. And only after I drove their manager insane by calling him every morning about it for a week.
