I love it here but it is a little pricey but the staff and maintenance is great.

Do not recommend

I'm sorry to say, I can not recommend Woodbury as a good place to live.

Our rent has gone up hundreds of dollars in the last 4 years. The manager will give you a new lease with no mention of the increase, and say they have no way to control it, it is simply "the algorithm".

Don't move here unless you plan on only staying a year or two. The first year was ok, then things got progressively worse.
You will have a hard time saving for the future when squirrels start chewing on your car's gas tank... and engine, as has happened to both my husband and myself.

TLC is impossible to reach on the phone. They do not call you back. I am guessing this review will get their attention, because they care more about reputation than taking care of good tenants.

It is a really sad situation.
