It's great while you're living there, but once you leave they will waive the final walk through and then charge you for rubbish they make up. You have no recourse because they waived the walk through. Then when you try to negotiate and tell them you literally don't have the money to pay them, they'll set debt collectors on you.

I ultimately wasn’t able to move here, but Kim in the leasing dept was INCREDIBLE to deal with. Great communication and helpful in the search and process. Highly recommended!!

Lived in the factory building for two years... loved the building, the facilities and the management TEAM. If ever there was something that needed repair, it was done quickly and professionally. The only reason we're no longer there is because we bought a place of our own. It was a great place to live!
