Disapointed Tenant
The property looks nice at a glance. What you don't know is that the water has a terrible sulfur smell and does not seem safe to drink. The walls are paper thin and I can hear both my neighbors all day. There is no one to manage the property 24/7. If you have a noise complaint a letter is sent at the management leisure. When moving in the manager stated I could get the keys after hours but there was no one to let me into the secure building to give me the keys. They also allow you to schedule a... time for the move in but there was no on property to open the garage door for my movers. I have never lived on a property that was so disorganized and unavailable to its tenants. I will not resign my lease.

Typically,... our move-ins are scheduled Monday through Saturday during regular office hours when our full team is available to assist. While we do our best to accommodate move-ins on Sundays, please note that our office staff is not available that day. However, our concierge team is on hand from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to assist with any onsite resident needs. While our team is not available 24/7, we do our best to have someone onsite every day, with an on-call team member available for emergencies.
We understand that noise levels can be an issue, and we take all complaints seriously. We make every effort to remind neighbors of quiet hours and apartment living etiquette. Often, a simple courtesy call can resolve situations where neighbors are unaware of the noise they are causing.
Regarding the water smell, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you’d like, we can arrange for a maintenance technician to come out and investigate the sulfur smell. We have found various solutions that have helped mitigate this issue in the past, and our community-wide water softener is also in place to assist.
