Terrible place
Horrible place would not recommend at all has cockroaches. Living environment is disgusting. And people don’t care about the environment.

About Wauconda Park Apartments
Come see our newly remodeled and well-maintained 1 and 2-bedroom apartments situated near Bangs Lake and Downtown Wauconda. These apartments feature large bedrooms and living areas with updated appliances, flooring, and cabinets.
There are... coin-operated laundry rooms in each building on the first floor. One dedicated parking space per person on the lease is included. Snow removal and maintenance are done by an on-site crew and tenants have direct access to both the maintenance and leasing help lines.
Electricity is paid by tenant; water and garbage are included. These apartments are fully electric, so there is no gas bill. Each unit is internally wired for cable/internet, although cable/internet packages are neither required nor included. All units, including the garden level apartments, are accessible by a staircase of no fewer than 5 steps. First month's rent and security deposit are collected upon lease signing; the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Cats and dogs are allowed; there is a $50/month pet rent for each cat and $100/month pet rent for each dog. There is no initial pet deposit. The application fee is $30/person.

Great location and management
Great location and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Wauconda. New kitchen appliances. Had an issue with the heatint unit which was responded to and changed out with a new unit immediately. Snow removal occurred consistently and thoroughly. Very clean and safe apartment building. Kind and respectful management.

Awful Apartment Management
The management of this apartment complex is awful. All of the work done is done poorly. For the first two years my patio door didnt close all the way. When it was finally fixed it was installed incorrectly. The sink leaked water the entire time I lived there. The paint job is splotchy. The hot water does not last long and the toilet was clogged when I moved in and they tried to charge me for it. The 1 of 2 washers broke the first year and several attempts at getting it fixed were unsuccessful.... It is still broken after 3 years. You can hear every single little noise and if you complain you are threatened with a lease termination. My rent was also raised 100 the first year. The late fee for rent is also $100. The parking lot is never cleared properly when it snows and parking spaces are very tight.

Cockroaches everywhere
The place is dirty and a health issue because of the cockroaches. Parking lot is full of holes and not plowed properly
