Arbor Court Apartments

Don’t ever sign a lease in this apartment , worst apartment in the universe . Staffs are very rude and behaves like very bad.
They treat us cheap and poor .

Before we even moved in we already had major problems. The apartment wasn't ready on time and no one from the office contacted us to let us know.
From the first day I noticed roaches. A year and about 100 complaints later and still I see roaches almost every day.
They were doing maintenance on the sewer lines and put up notices in spanish only(no english) which didn't even say what day the water would be shut off, just that it would be. When they randomly decided to turn off the water a few... weeks later, they didn't put it back on for 3 days. I had to get a hotel room, which they refuse to pay for. they just gave everyone 3 gallons of water and said sorry.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. No air conditioning, no dish washer, windows are all extremely leaky, parking is a disaster.
