Thereby saving you $300 a year or $600 in savings for the life of the lease. There is a $1,049 security deposit and a $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18 years old. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 600 OR a willing co-signer who does. Tenant pays for all utilities including trash collection, water, and sewer. Which we will pay monthly and collect from the tenant every month. Absolutely no pets are allowed. Tenant pays for a 1 time fee of $100 which pays for jurisdictional required fire inspection and occupancy inspection and permits.
