Very Professional and Attentive Maintenance Crew
I recently had an issue with a leaking bathroom faucet . After contacting the maintenance line, I was pleasantly surprised when Robert, the maintenance manager, responded the very same day. Not only was my sink leak fixed within 24 hours, but the team also identified issues with my bathtub and toilet that I didn’t even noticed. Instead of letting those problems linger because I didn’t say anything about them, they proactively replaced both within just a few days.
I truly appreciate their... attention to detail and the fact that they took the initiative to resolve these issues without me having to ask. Isaac, the crew manager, was incredibly professional and patient while working around my schedule at home. The repairs have completely transformed the look of my bathroom!
I have been renting here for four years, and I can confidently say that Robert and Isaac consistently provide exceptional service. Their professionalism, promptness, and quality of repairs have always impressed me. I am extremely satisfied with the maintenance team and the excellent service they provided!
