Living here has been good.

I have had a good experience living here for the last 5 years. I have my maintenance issues addressed pretty fast and management is on top of it. I really have not had any problems.

Feels like home

I am a retired senior and I have to say I’m going on my 3rd year here and the staff is really wonderful to me. They have helped carry my laundry in, groceries in if they see me with it, they check on me periodically, I have had no issues in my apartment either. It has definitely been a comforting place to live.

Where Do I Start?

This is my first time moving out of the comfort of my home. Living in Heritage Court so far, i would have to say that it is a terrible experience. Poor attitudes, false information, and constantly changing the rules. Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. What is this? For as much as we pay a month, its pretty ridiculous. Not to mention the pet policy. UNREAL. Will not be renewing my lease.

Terrible

I live on the shadow ridge side of the building and you can hear right thru the walls I have to whisper in my house all day

You can hear thru the floors

That is all that is need to be said. Any movement or talking I have to whisper in my house all day. I'm moving
