All of the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Whether they yell at you for complaining or just don’t answer the phone/call back. Maintenance does half the job and leaves, or does it in full the quickest way possible. The units are all so outdated and are definitely not worth the cost of rent. The laundry rooms are also very outdated with washer and dryers that don’t work half the time, and either don’t spin out, or burn your clothes, and again when complaining the office does... absolutely nothing. My family and I have lived here for years. We have never found a more perfect place. The neighborhood is quiet, and the staff are all very courteous and professional.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I have been here 3 years and don't have anything negative to say. The staff take pride in keeping everything up to date and cared for and it shows. lawns are always cared for, sidewalks and roads plowed in the winter, maintenance is on top of any issues that arise, and the office staff or very friendly and helpful.

Living at Avalon Woods is like a big family, everyone is so friendly and quick with all needs.
