The worst apt. maintenance you’ve ever experienced
The location of this complex is undeniably great, but in 2 months of living here I have discovered several little things around my apartment that don’t function properly or are broken, and the maintenance here takes literally 2-3 weeks to even respond to your work order request and then they do a terrible job that only temporarily fixes the issue, and then the 2-3 week cycle begins again; every time, with everything.

Not worth the money
If you like to listen to your neighbors stomp or slam cabinets all day and night, this is the place for you. Complex has mold, gnats/fruit fly and insulation issues and they are well aware of them but won’t do anything about. Unable to open bedroom windows because they’ll fall out of the frame…maintenance won’t fix. Maintenance has zero sense of urgency and can’t submit request to office…must submit a ticket and they’ll get to it when they can. There’s no spa but on their website, they say... they have one. Nope…out of order for years and just filled it in last summer. Still won’t remove from their amenities. Had an amazing playground and now, they replaced with something that’s not fun. Pet waste is horrendous and don’t bother complaining to office…again, won’t do anything but submit a “courtesy call”. In order for anything to get done, calling their property management company is the only way to get them off their butts and do something.

Floors/Walls Thin
I have lived there a few months and can not stand it. You can hear people walking, closing cabinets, etc in other apartments. Walls and floors are too thin. They do not clean hallways to apartments they are kind of yuk. Will be moving when my lease is up.

Disappointed
I moved out 5 months ago and have been trying to get my security deposit. Prior to the move out I filled out paperwork and asked if I could send an email with my new address. Management approved it and said I could send it anytime prior to the move out date. In June I asked management when I would should expect my deposit and they stated it could take up to 30 days. By July I contacted management again and was told that I never sent an email with my new address therefore they sent it to my old... address?!?!?!. I forwarded the email and never got an answer from them showing my contact in April. After calling again at the beginning of August the manager was extremely rude and stated that they sent the refund in April and should have received it. When stated the issue she was short and acted like this was my fault. Now going into October I still don't have a deposit back. For having a clean apartment and zero issues its sad to see this money stay with a unprofessional staff and corporation!

There are better places to live in the Fishers area.
This apartment is very outdated for what they charge you for monthly rent. There are much nicer apartments in the Fishers area that are better priced. Be aware that the apartments are filthy when you move in and the maintenance is terrible. If you decide to live here, make sure to carefully read your lease. My fiancé and I just moved out of this complex and the clubhouse claimed that we had no outstanding balances. A month later we were sent to collections. The staff is terrible in the clubhouse... . They are very unorganized and are very uneducated about the property. Also, don’t bother going to management because they could care less about their residents. Overall, the complex is terrible and is not safe. They will take your money and then ask for more. Please don’t make the same mistake that my fiancé and I did!
