I requested the water heater to be fixed and it was replaced., however I requested the toilet to be fixed and it was not. It is still running. I also asked that the caulking around the bathtub be fixed and it has not.
I am very happy with the water heater!

Kitchen Light & Refrigerator Maintenance came and switched a light switch for a broken kitchen light and now its worse cuz i think its the light itself and not the switch. Also we have had a brand new refrigerator that broke down and has been broke for days and Frigidaire was suppose to come.today according to Anne and we never received a call, text, email. Just sitting with a broken light and refrigerator NICE!

Nice place to live. My wife and I have lived at the Knoll for many years, we like the quite surroundings . The staff does a good job of taking care of any problems you might have. They are also very friendly.

Excellent Service Great apartment and reasonable prices as this market goes. Maintenance staff get things done quickly and are very personable. Office staff are exceptionally helpful.
